@Beth black Most women doesn't run not only because of money. That is ONE of the things used to make them stay. We're talking about mental conditioning made by the abuser. They do believe they can't run away, specially if they say they'll kill them. The age is also a big factor. You can't possible now what the hell this people think, feel and believe in this situations. And still even richest ones stay and have trouble trying to get out. The difference is when they do get out the richest ones have more help to get their lifes back on track.

@Beth black You have no idea what you are talking about. I was not poor, struggling financially but I stayed, I was psychologically abused though not beaten but I stayed, I have a young son to care for but I stayed, I was not as young as Even, I dont really know about her family situation and I had my families support but I stayed. I was raped by my husband but it took me months to realize it completely. By the time I had realized it I moved out, but he moved out first. I stayed until I couldn't stay anymore. You shouldn't be so judgemental.

Beth black its Very hard to get out , a lot of women get killed when they try to leave though its also dangerous to stay. You need to time it exactly right and have people with whom to stay or places to hide and also how to cut off information to the abuser etc

No they don't. No matter how hard you try and try...it sticks with you, until as she said...you are just numb. A shell of a person. I am 33 and trying. This is so damn hard. I think I have forgotten it all, then in smells and moments of lucidity they all come flooding back to me. Some things I didn't even know I was coherent for or even had remembered. It is disgusting and cruel what some people do do others, that is what sickens me most.....that the perpetrators may never know the scars they left..or even care. Going about their daily lives thinking it was the past and they were too young to know what they did was wrong and that somehow god forgave them because in their mind they have came to some sort of penance. But no sir. You are not forgiven until you go back and ask for forgiveness in hopes to heal the wounded you left to wither and die.

No they never go away. I was kidnapped and held for 3 days..raped and tied down by 3 men I was naked and jumped out of a 2nd storey window to escape. That was in my 20s when I was 16 at a party a guy said he'd show me where the bathroom was then on the way shoved me into a room and raped me. I fought him I bit him kicked him in the face then had to fight for my underwear bc he wanted it as a trophy . People need to realize this happens way too much and start being conscious that survivors are -a cashier,a barista,a stay at home mother,a painter,doctor, teacher, dog Walker. Anyone and everyone Lindsay call ty for sharing and speaking about this. I still cannot smell certain things without it triggering me. I have night terrors..but I worked my butt off to not let all this own me or PTSD ruin me. Yet I do still double ck windows,doors,etc bc I live alone and the night I was kidnapped was from my bedroom thru the window

I've had trauma patients tell me that it's not just the traumatic event, but how people react to it that traumatizes them. They bring their painful story to light, making themselves vulnerable, and people struggle with the difficult emotions and speculate on the truthfulness of the story or the character of the one who tells it. There is no other crime, where the character or behavior of the victim comes into question, rather than that of the perpetrator. We need to stop throwing rocks at the victims, punishing them for the things that have happened, as it is so disorienting to someone who has lost their trust to see a world that refuses to accept them or help them. We need to stop saying that only monsters rape, that if victims are so common that they are our family members, teachers, doctors and police officers, that surely the perpetrators can also be family members, teachers, doctors, and police officers. If we stop looking for monsters and start looking for human beings, then both the victims and those that support the victims can make sense of the crimes that occur everyday in our homes, our locker rooms, our classrooms and anywhere else trust exists.

Thank you for this. I can say as someone who has been through this and can agree with you 100% this is the worst thing about telling people your story. The way people look at you and blame you as if it is your fault. They struggle to understand why and how and do attach blame and negativity towards you (ie me) or the " victim". It is a disgusting sickness in society that people choose to look at situations of people's pain and torment, not with understand or empathy, but analytic criticism and blame. This world lacks empathy everywhere, and I believe this has a lot to do with what's wrong with the world. This is why I rather suffer in silence than have my pride and integrity taken away again. It feels like a continuation of the abuse.

@@Payton35001 I think it's terrible that you feel you can't go to anyone. Maybe the safest approach is to start by telling people that you have trauma without explaining the nature of the trauma. People don't have to know the details to heal you, and you don't have to tell every doctor or therapist everything every time. It's unreasonable for people to expect you to divulge something as personal as that on the first encounter or for a routine physical exam.

Sad thing is the those who are ardently self-professed victims are far too often narcissists looking for attention, and true victims of trauma, unfortunately, tend to struggle silently, either through fear, or fear and 'macho' repression, man or woman, further cultivating neuroses.

@@HoganplyPersonality disorders can be difficult to treat. Unfortunately, I find that personality disorders and substance abusers tend to be vulnerable populations with higher exposures to trauma, even as these populations are often the source of trauma for others. She produced a fabricated FBI report complete with an actual an FBI agents forged name, and essentially said, "see, MM is under investigation by the FBI - He's bad guy. Sue him and its easy money." This is another #metoo hoax. But watch some vids of ERW and see if you can't see something. When describing her relationship, notice how often she does what AH did in the interview last Friday. As someone who was sexually assaulted by 8 different guys from the age of 14-16, and have been spiked twice and have had two other attempted spikings this really spoke to me. It starts slow and gradual and then by the last time had two men beating me and trying to rape me (one of the guys was a close friends brother) I was just numb to it and instead of fight or flight I just froze. Luckily I was fortunate that they were interrupted by my friend who was crying and yelling at them to stop. When I tried to talk about it with her at a later date she tried to gas light me and said that “nothing happened”. It’s been 5 years since these assaults and I still have never had a partner, had a psychical relationship with anyone and suffer with PTSD. And yet the men who have assaulted me get to continue to live their lives happily, many of whom are/have been in relationships. And yet I am most saddened about the reaction I got from telling those of my assault. Rape and assault is normalised when it shouldn’t be. It is common, but there is nothing normal about it.

It pisses me off that many people still say things like "Why didn't they come forward sooner?". It takes a very long time/process for victims to get to that stage and it is a very normal textbook behavior. Perhaps all kids should be taught about the psychology of abusive relationships at early age so that we can prevent them from falling into one. Most of us don't know much about abusive relationships growing up, and relationships in general are way too romanticized by movies. So when we are actually in the position of being abused, we get confused and can't even recognize it as abuse. Having prior knowledge would help enormously.

She's incredibly strong to be able to talk about what she went through so openly, even though she is clearly having real trouble getting it out. On top of which, she looks as though she might break into tears at any moment, but she holds it together to make a point. Breaking down while testifying would only harm the cause, a very sad truth. I knew she'd spent time in a Psychiatric hospital, but not that this was why. Horrifying is a very quiet way of putting it. I admire her not just for her talents as a performer, but because she's willing to stand up and be counted. And she's only just past 30 with all of this behind her...

Not hard to figure out, if you're a fan of his, Evans and Esme Bianco. Look up Esme's testimony, then look at the pics she uploaded on Twitter. Now look up Esme's boyfriends on Google image. You'll see Esme in public with a famous man wearing the same outfit she has on in her pic on Twitter. Same hairstyle as well. Unless she has worn that dress for years , its pretty narrow time window between these pictures, like they were taken on the same night. Now look at the time period Evan dated the same guy. We know who it is, he just hasn't been named publicly by them yet.

In February 2018 and in April 2019, Wood gave sworn testimony before the U.S. Congress and the California State Senate in support ofproposed legislation with which she and the Phoenix Act were affiliated. She testified that she had been raped once by a significant other and again "by another attacker after hours at a bar," but she did not name either ofthem. 16. Around this time, Wood and Gore conspired about how Wood and others could accuse Warner of abuse. Days before her testimony to the California State Senate, Wood incorporated the Phoenix Act. She serves as its CEO, CFO, and corporate secretary. Gore has been employed by the Phoenix Act since approximately 2019. 17. Since at least 2019, Gore has been mired in significant financial troubles. For example, her family members have presented evidence that Gore committed crimes ofidentity theft by opening credit card accounts in the names of her twin sister and deceased mother; and borrowed money from an elderly family member under false pretenses, claiming that it was to assist with the purchase of a house, which Gore never carried out. Gore wrote in a notebook left with her family that her goal of being involved with the Phoenix Act was to "make money"

Satanist do not commit ritual abuse. That's a lie made up by Christians. One they've use to demonize nearly every religion outside their own. Pagans anyone? Satanists actually respect all life. Most Levayists are even vegetarians. As for blaming Manson: "I wouldn’t trade any of [our relationship]," Wood told Net-a-Porter’s The Edit in August 2015. "I appreciate everything he taught me. I just don’t think we were right for each other." But yeah "facts" and "satan". Lol
@luna.37
@luna.37 6 жыл бұрын
Pink Nosebleed I agree about the satanism part. However, the comments about the ex aren't proof. She mentioned she was raped a decade ago, but didn't get professional therapy and the chronic PTSD diagnosis until seven years after the rapes. That puts it roughly around three years ago that she got help, and likely began to recognize much of the abuse for what it truly was. Being hit is much easier to see as abuse than when you're being emotionally, psychologically manipulated in cruel, violent ways. It's also very true that people defend their abusers, even when police are called because a partner is being beaten, etc... But by the time police arrive, or the next day, they decline to press charges - recanting their stories to the police (who SAW the aftermath)... Because they "love them". (Also why more and more places have enacted laws where the police can proceed with these charges, after seeing repeat abusers beating the crap out of their partners, and then threatening them if the proceed with charges and/or that they're "sorry, baby; I'll never do it again!" etc...). IF it's Manson, she may well still have been in that cloud of needing to protect him, fearing him, even being in denial that he'd abused her... The timeline certainly sounds like it points to him, along with other things people have pointed out, such as him saying how he thought about bashing her head in with a sledgehammer, and after their breakup, apparently making a video featuring someone who looked just like her, where he apparent beats the life out of her while she's bound in her underwear. * Note: I haven't seen this video, and from the description, choose not to. The fact that a number of people have mentioned it makes me quite concerned... It's normal, perhaps, to be angry when you're "dumped" or something... But fantasizing about killing them? That's not "art", that's disturbed.

This was heartbreaking, she is so brave to take a stand, esp knowing that SOME people will criticize, ignore or not believe. WE ALL have to take a stand on this issue. Dear God. I am crying right now... Thank you so much for sharing your story. I hope she feels the love of all the people who support her right now. I know this was so hard to speak about and ahe did a huge justice to many other both men and women who are victims of abuse. It is so unfortunate but this not an isolated incident for this man. Abusers are being shut down and I hope no one has to ever suffer his abuse again.
