I began mastering Body Composition & Performance as the Wrestling Team Captain my senior year of high school in 1987. I went on to save the US Navy hundreds of thousands of dollars by training Sailors on the remedial Fitness Enhancement Program and creating a 90% success rate. I was also one of the 1st trainer on the opposite end of the spectrum, instructing Sailors preparing for special Navy SEAL support. Lastly, I’ve been both blessed and graced to work with your Mom.

“Master your craft and execute or they will replace you.” I believe this can take you places but what happens when your trying to compete with someone who’s been hired due to politics or they knowing someone. Rather they got hired due to who they know rather than what they know or their qualifications.m

The issue is the fact the Jesus Christ is the some total of masculinity and all of us are snapshots of Gods Image and Likeness. Some of us are more mature and wise, some fools, some bold and reckless, some quiet and insightful. The main thing being we are all men, all created in Gods Image.
