BJP has to allocate special additional funds to Andhra. A second capital.like Hyderabad is required in Andhra Pradesh. They should foucs on both Telugu states as both of them gave them majority. I am not from Andhra but I know that Andhra is lacking behind due to no fixed capital and loss of major metropolitan cities

Babu developed Hyderabad and at that time no rains in AP, after that AP lost Hyderabad, he knows that Telangaana revolution is there since many years before he came to politics. His visionary failed in division of AP and also what happens to AP after division into Telangana and AP. So he is not great visionary, moreover he was the person in accepting separation of Telangana when he was in opposition leader. He plays cunning politics.
