Mine fits my xxl wrist with the stock stainless bracelet EXACTLY on the last possible adjustment. It reminds me of the watch I bought while in Vietnam back in 1970. I have the Hamilton manual Khaki Field with brown case and face and stock dark green NATO band. I go back and forth with ‘em. Love both dearly.

Just got mine TODAY and it is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures available on the web. The adjusting of the bracelet was very stright forward (really, it is the easiest kind of bracelet to adjust, all you need is a knife with a sharp tip), but I will not be keeping it on the watch for too long , because I ordered a Oyster Style bracelet from monsterwatches and it has solid links fixed with screws and a very nice milled clasp. All in all, very elegant watch. I have 2 more Seiko 5s that I want to get, one of them being a field watch.

I watched your videos on the Snk381k1 multiple times before buying it 14 days ago. Jomashop had it in stock for $105 USD before tax. I'm glad to have purchased it and the lume is great. I have 7.5 inch wrist and prefer 39mm and 38mm watches. 38mm is now my favorite thanks to my Hamilton KFA 38 and Hamilton KFM 38. 38mm works well on my wrist with 20mm lug width. The Snk381k1 is 18mm, but I kept it on original bracelet. The bracelet helps hide the short lug to lug on my wrist. It such a comfortable watch, just like my Hamiltons on their original bracelet. My Snk381k1 will be the last Seiko for now. It joins my srpe03 king turtle and srpg27 field. I'm going to focus acquiring more Hamiltons the KFA 38 silver dial and KFM 38 white dial.

I have and really enjoy this watch. It’s not going anywhere. I actually like the OEM bracelet that it came with. I did install a double dome sapphire crystal just because. 👍

I used a second-hand SNK381 case for my custom Seiko mod (NH+Sapphire upgrade + SKXP19 dial+hands). I wanted a 'mil-spec' case instead of a polished one so what I did was use very fine-grit sandpaper and then polishing cloth to achieve a matte finish and it's amazing.

Yeah! My first automatic watch that is not pre-owned. It's not only a beautiful watch but it's movement is great, have compared it with a running quartz Miyota OS-20 and there was no difference per day during a week. Great video!

Walaikumassalaam, I love this one, especially its use by the MACV/SOG agents in the Vietnam war. Probably one of the best Seiko 5s out there, just love the small size and the lume. Applied Arabics are so useful for understanding the time when you are fatigued. Plus, its understated and perfect as a low-key watch for the office. I really do want to get this but I am saving up for a Christopher Ward Aquitaine. I feel that the Orient Kamasu I already have ticks off all the boxes this one does, except the size.

Bought it last year at the Seiko outlet, but the dial relative to the case is a touch too small, the day-date is very large. I liked it but not enough to keep it. I sold it on at a nice profit.
