Oh, I see you are someone who wants overpopulation to manage their control. How much money do you input to keep coyotes alive. Hunters put in millions of dollars to keep wildlife alive. Then too, they have killed several calves that I was raising. I have no sympathy for them. They are clever. Have a nice day
@GeorgeCarlin883 жыл бұрын
@@donaldanderson7410 hunters should go to psychiatrist and they should not interfere with wildlife. If you can make a sentence like "i have no sympathy for them" you must go first. because killed calves not their mistake. it's your mistake.

@@GeorgeCarlin88 so it’s their fault for the rancher to have them shoot a coyote because it killed one of their live stock. maybe once you get off your ass and work for some thing you would know that if A coyote kills a calf that rancher is losing money and even if it’s one or two that hurts the rancher.
@Morpheen9993 жыл бұрын
@@GeorgeCarlin88 Actually they're probably dead after killing a calf.. if coyotes left calves alone they wouldn't get shot.. so it is a mistake by them lol

@@calejacobson4667 killing animals is not method of protecting calves or other animals. if you're not stupid you use your mind and technology. anyway none of your excuses can be justification for hunting. specially losing money. hunting is morally wrong and hunters are psychopaths. but of course you can't understand this, because this mechanism does not exist for you, since birth.

I almost feel like that first one spotted the straight lines of your rifles. You can get tan hair bands or tan boot blousers and tie them from your barrel down to your scopes and bipods. Then stick grass or vegetation in the bands to break up the straight lines, and with your camera tripod I would wrap tan shock cord around the individual legs and do the same with the vegetation. I secure mine from coming unwound with zip ties. Keep up the good hunting!

I use a .243 in a Remington vls, and I use my AR with a worked trigger. As long as your not keeping the hide and only shooting for depredation control the .243 gets you more distance. I've always thought the 22-250 and the .243 were pretty closely matched especially with the 58 grain bullets. The .243 just has a little more push behind it.
@Bustayote692 жыл бұрын
Use a Nosler 70grain BT or Speer 70grain TNT in your .243 and you can have that extra push and also be fur friendly~! ;~)

@@Bustayote69 does it nock them down and good? The 70 grain bullet may buck the wind a little better to. I've used the 80 soft points and have decapitate woodchucks before.
@edarnold14262 жыл бұрын
@@Bustayote69 I've been shooting the 58 grain Hornady superformace for coyotes, it says 3975 out of a 24 inch barrel and my VLS is 26 inch. So I'm guessing it's just a little over or right at 4000. Haven't had them through a chronograph though.
@earl-tf4qc7 ай бұрын
243 is an awesome cartridge. I use it for yotes and deer. 80 grain Barnes ttsx is the best round for me. Drops everything I shoot it with. After purchasing my first AR15 and then my second 😁, 556/223 is my new favorite round. 55-Grain Sierra ballistic tip is my go to predator ammo.
@edarnold14267 ай бұрын
@@earl-tf4qc I also use my .243 for deer. Actually I have 2 rifle's in .243, my Remington 700 VLS and a Savage Axis. I carry the Savage Axis during deer season and my daughter carries the VLS. That Savage Axis is about 4.5 lbs. lighter than the heavy 26 inch barrel on the Remington. Yes the Remington is more accurate than the Savage, but not that much considering the size of the game we are shooting at "deer". We've been using the 100 grain Remington core locks with great results in both guns, I will try your setup though! Last year was the first deer that I didn't drop one with our setup, but it was my fault as I miss message judge the distance. Even then I thought that I had a good hit because I saw it buck up before bolting away. I had a low hit on the front shoulder and tracked it 600 yards. My daughter was on the same deer and saw it buck up and she never took a second shot at it for that reason. I was a bit depressed over it. Afterwards she said, but you never miss. I sure did that time though!!!

More fun and challenging than deer or antelope hunting. I don't care about pelts and use my ar15 mostly. With a 22" barrel it's mighty accurate enough for me.
