This game and AC Unity really prove that Ubisoft has some of the best talent in the business. It's just really unfortunate the developers get their hands tied by the publisher part of the company.

I loved how dark and gritty Watch Dogs 1 was. How Aiden wasn't the most likable character, but that really showed that he was real, that he was human. Watch Dogs was more mature than Watch Dogs 2, and for that reason its world feels real; it feels more dark. Recently, I wanted to enjoy Watch Dogs in a casual way. Walking through the streets while it rains, and the world feels real; the way crime happens without you being sent a notification, or walking through the alleyways of Watch Dogs and feel like you truly are alone. You feel dark in this game, and that's what I love about it

This is a better commercial for watch dogs than Ubisoft ever made.

One of my favorite details in this game is that Aiden will sometimes trip&fall. In combat it happens more often (example: 7:54), but he'd very rarely trip when simply vaulting over obstacles etc. He didn't trip once for me in like 60 hours of gameplay (I don't count falling from explosions etc), but then I was having fun vaulting over some random thingy and on the 6th time over it he just tripped and fell on his side. I was SHOCKED there was this animation I didn't see once before, lmao.

This would be the most dangerous transferred over player into Grand theft Auto online ever the precision and the technique would leave other players scared

I've completed watch dogs 1's story mode a good 6 - 8 times and I never knew you could shoot grenades in mid air. I think it's time I start playing again and watch an old man die one last time.

I loved this game. And I liked Aiden. It may not have lived up to its hype but it is by no means even close to a bad game.

Aiden must have been so terrifying if you were on his enemy's side. Especially when they say "they can't ALL be dead!", imagine the pure terror they must have felt when this man took down every other person on your side efficiently with such skill, and now... he's coming for you.

I played this game a lot. Unfortunately Ubisoft took the feedback about Aiden so hard that they made a game of adults that acted like teenagers in the second one.

I played this so much, and since launch, and never, ever, tried to shoot a granade on the air. This is great, this game deserves so much more.

I don't know why people said this game was bad... I kinda liked it, the atmosphere was really sad and gloomy granted and Aiden's character was "boring" but that doesn't necessarily mean the game was boring, I feel like Aiden was still real fucking badass and also, I could sympathise with all the pain he has been through.... This gave a much more down to Earth and a bit realistic feel in the otherwise chaotic and hyper-realistic world of gaming but still kept the unreal element through the extreme hacking mechanism.... Maybe it could have been better but according to my opinion, it was a good game and did not deserve all the hate.... And I cried a lot when Clara died :'C
