I think the higher they climb, the less humorous they become. See Aproko, for example. He is still new, he seems to be at the top now. Basketmouth was the best. But once the money came, sense of humour dropped. Seyi Law is another example. And the most obvious of all is Alibaba. I remember the days of Night of a thousand laughs. Comedians were truly funny. Now, all of that is gone. It is now replaced with talk about money and illicit jokes. Same with our music industry.

You want to pretend like you know something but you actually don’t know anything. Hong Kong special administrative region of China, that’s the official name. Cantonese is absolutely Chinese. Just because Mandarin/ Putonghua is the official language does not make all the other dialects less Chinese.

I think he put a little too much yoruba in his delivery and some of his punchlines were based on that language making him lose some of his non-Yoruba audience. Sorry to our non-Yoruba brothers who didn't get their own side of the deal. I hope our comedians will keep their deliveries "neutral" subsequently.
