Its just a tool at highly complex levels that detect and send out actual intelligience thats human instead of artificial. Not only that, this, if it works and is affordable, would instantly throw out half of the AI in our world because AI would become useless in many cases.

With the way technology is advancing I do believe it is possible just not now. I agree with points 2-7 but 8 on the other hand is is where I disagree because things like vaccines aren't even necessary at this point in time so I doubt something a lot more permanent like this will become mandatory. I do understand where you are coming from because frankly the technology does seem dangerous and could cause serious damage but the prospects of it are also very promising.
