I’m very lucky in that I earn a decent salary and my house is paid for. The £20’000 tax threshold won’t affect me (yet) This policy, if it could be implemented would be a real benefit to millions on low incomes AND it would help millions of OAP’s as well. Anyone in either position would be mad not to vote for Reform. All of the other mainstream political parties have been screwing over the poor, working class and OAP’s of this country for decades now. Time that they got something back.

When Tony Blair brought in the minimum wage it was the end of the working class in this country it just stagnated wages putting the country into recession and double dip recessions. I know people that are on universal credit and it is true that if you start going over a certain amounts of hours of work your actually come out with less then if you did less hours and receive UC too.. makes people think what’s the point in doing all those hours just to earn less

@@garyh1572 That is what some people were getting especially if claiming they had mental health problems and if you can get you kids labelled as “special needs “ you become a carer too, I was genuinely shocked at what I saw and heard but this is real and people are playing the system, I know many on benefits are genuinely hard up and I feel for them but many just see it as a lifestyle choice. One woman I dealt with was getting 28k a year and had been for 11 years !
