The jaasen at 9:20 is known as Indian Mackerel. The one with the scale, that looks like Herrings , looks like montontwin 😆 🤣 I just remember when I use to sell fish in Assin Foso. So it mean the plantains adds some smoke to the fish to get the brownish color..got you
