You cannot take it out that fast.. The vapour will sprout the stem.. Bu the roots are not formed yet.. The sprouts will die out in 3 days

@@KanyaRaguArts if you are planting heavily dveeloped thicker stems you have airlock it.. Otherwise there's no need. Just cut the stem below the nodes. That's where root germinates first. Scrape off a little Skin and paste some rooting hormone and plant it.. It'll start developing roots sprouts pretty fast... Mostly airlocking the stem will make it heat and rott away due to fungus..

I got this to work without a plastic bag but it takes much more time 👍 and rooting hormones help I'm also gonna try to mix a lot of vermiculite with soil next time

@@regginnagail it was outside in a lot of heat in humidity so I watered it sometimes daily.I just made sure the soil didn't dry up. not all cuttings grew successfully for me.. I'm definitely going to use a bag or something next time
