My friend it is not at all cos I followed all wike flagged of in portharcourt to starting,completion and commissioning so I use my two eggs and leg go see. So with this we know what is happening and no job can be abandoned. I want all 45 ministers ,governors, etc do this same wike pattern so we know what exactly they are doing with tax payers monies. Many are in position to loot and do nothing hence u hear them silent. Only Dave Umahi, the interior minister,festus,we see others I hv forgotten their names cos I don't understand what they are doing. Humanitarian woman has a case
