This battle is a perfect example of what annoys me about url battles: the crowd. Their crowds, too often, overreact to so many bars. They do it to the point that battlers can't get out more than one bar at a time. I wanna hear them get through their 4 bar scheme without 5 crowd interruptions. I understand going nuts like once or twice a scheme, but I think they went crazy like 20 times during Rum's 1st. I'm sure it's different if you're at the event, but it's sometimes hard to watch on youtube. That and the horn/don demarco, shit's cool/funny a few times per battle, but it's annoying as fuck when it happens 5+ times during each person's round.

That overreaction to the push is exactly JCs problem. He just lets himself get pushed around. Guy let himself get bullied by Illmac!

Nitty hugest mistake was NOT writing to a larger audience. JC checkmate him by switching his style up for a room that size. That's why his rhymes weren't that intricate. He knew that if he threw a "What's Love Got To Do" bar in there the crowd will eat it up. And the pauses are a vet move. I even heard Smack tell a bettler to take your time and absorb the crowd's energy. Nitty wss firing through his rounds and you can't do that on a summer madness. The biggest secret to winning is to attack with overwhelming force. And that means including the crowd in your rounds. "Showtime,Strapped in, get him TF outta here etc." The fans had JC winning before the battle even started because he was already on a tear at this point (beating Chess and Trez at this point) Large crowds don't won't bars they want entertainment. JC moonwalk line was crazy but it was the performance that sold it. Nitty pause and said "i don't even have a bar for that i just wanted To prove a point". And got one of the biggest reactions of his rounds. He literally said nothing and the crowd ate it up. Both were extraordinary. It's more closer than people think. JC definitely win in the building without a doubt. But bar for bar can be argue. JC sacrifice his delivery for crowd tm reaction and it seemed to work for him.
