Prefect new style for me. I’m in the military and I needed to learn how to do a barrel twist with a loop in the back. I have long thick locs tho. You think this would work for me?

I love watching your videos because I have shorter locs and I'm always looking for styles that I can wear when I go to work (work in an office) ... I have a question though, is it always recommended that you have a fresh Retwist before attempting a style?
