Simpleh lang... Sabi ni Binay 21B. Sabi ni Cayetano 23B. Ano sabi ng DPWH? It's 21B... Tama si Binay, kailangan pa bang idebateh yan?

Tinatanong at hinihimay lang ni Sen Binay ang total construction cost ng new building, ang gusto nya yong mula sa DPWH galing ang cost estimate at hindi sa announcement ng iba, na yon nga si Sen Escudero, gusto nya kasi may basis ang estimation. Pero ang punto naman ni Sen Cayetano yong amount na in-announce naman ni Sen Escudero based din sa estimate ng nakausap ni Sen Cayetano na sana ay credible din. Nagkaroon lang ng di pagkakasundo sa estimation yan, dapat mapag-usapan nila ng maayos at mairecommend na maireestimate ng maayos ng DPWH kung ok ba yong new proposed amount na 23B, kasi ang nag-iexist na amount lang sa mga unang estimate ng DPWH ay around 21B, kaya umalma at kinuwistyon ni Sen Binay. Gusto nya yong credible at may basihan. Pareho naman magaling ang 2 Senator na'to sana magkaayos sila at magtulungan para sa mas makabuluhang pagbibigay ng Public Service sa mga Pilipino at hindi puro away at patutyadahan ang paiiralin.
