Summarizing past deceptions committed by Michael Cohen at the start of a House Oversight hearing, Chairman Elijah Cummings asked, "Why should we believe him now? It's a legitimate question." Cummings said new evidence from Cohen raises "a host of troubling legal and ethical concerns about the president's actions in the White House and before." Cummings also said the American people voted for accountability in November, and have a right to hear from Cohen.
