I am Nigerian and here, white robe can represent Godliness, there are churches whose priest wear white robes including evangelist here in Nigeria. Burning flanes represent the holy ghost fire.....it is obvious he is praying to God to help him out. My mami water means the holy spirit is his source of power and strength not the devil.

This song is basically about God. He is saying the Holy ghost should help him. Where is the voodoo here? Voodoo is devilish but Holy Ghost is of God almighty the maker of heaven and earth. And I am Nigerian so I understand everything he is singing about.
