I have seen many examples of IIT and IIM graduates who quit there high paying jobs at Google,Microsoft,Amazon and prepared for UPSC and got into civil services but never seen any IAS who quit his job to get into private sector. So I think this is the most realistic and best answer for this government vs private sector comparison video.

For 90% of Indian homes where parents have struggles and lives in villages..........a government job is a blessing........with less money but a lot of job security they can get out of financial and social trouble........ everyone should try at least once for govt. Jobs but have some skills also side wise if you belong to that 90% of population. Words of a businessman.

you re right service sector makes up 80% of exports for indian gdp but it has only 4.5 - 5 million people compared to 450million of workfore only , and majority of it has IT-ITES or Bpo sector jobs ,and makes up 50% of formal workforce , and only 10% of india workforce is formal workforce ,and 90% of private jobs dont pay enough even adjusted to inflation only a minimal package , aur jo tum bolte ho na 10-20 lakh ka package laga woh sab outliers hote hai , and majority of us even dont want to work in IT sector its only for our survival.

I am watching this video from Gujarat. And to be honest no one care about govt. Jobs here. Either you do private job gain knowledge and start your own business or start your own business from day one. Doing business is not easy, doing govt. Job is more stable option but very low return. But in business there is no upper cap, you can earn 5cr/yr or 5000cr/yr, or 500000cr/yr.
