On ITA Primary needs Experience certificate If Secondary applicant also going to work in Canada , should they get Experience letter as well ? Superb video. Really helpful. In couple of days I will be working on uploading our documents. Need 2 clarifications. 1. What to upload regarding medical completion. Well I have ECA report, degrees, marksheets but I don't have transcripts with me..As I applied for only one copy of official transcript and submitted that to WES ! Thank you for the wonderful informative video. It really helps a lot. I have one question regarding the document pdf upload after ITA. Please guide me. I have 3 different employment experience and so I understand that, I will have 3 different pdfs to upload. My documents of each employment is more then 75 pages. And if I compress the pdf, the document gets little blur though readable. I tried couple of time by shrinking images/ pdf but I am not satisfied with the resolution of my documents after compressing it (Though they are readable). I do not want to reduce documents as they are all proofs for my employment. What shall I do now? Can we upload two pdfs for one employment on portal? (Like done in case of SINP) Please guide. Thank you.

Thanks Sir and Ma"am #Gurnavsimran#. I have few observations while looking at the video which I would like to know. 1. If I dont have any travel history in my passport then do I just need to take front and back page of the passport. 2. in the education section, I saw that you have uploaded ECA report, all semester marksheet, degree and IELTS score report, but here the question is these all documents consist around almost 8 to 10 pages if I am not wrong. I guess you consolidate all the pages in 1 pdf doc and attached in the portal. Correct me If I am not on the same page. Also I would request you to make 1 video on documents in detail which consist of all the required documents. (Not how to upload only sample documents and cover all the imp points) At the last. Hello. I'm one of your subscribers and I'm watching your videos too. I would like to ask the following. 1. During my study application, I didn't mention my part time homebased online job in the Form but mentioned in the statement of purpose letter. During my part time online job, I have my main job. In my PR application, do I need to mention this part time online job or not anymore since I didn't mention in the form? Thanks for such an informative video. 1. I hv done MCA through distance learning. So will it decrease my points? 2. I am BCA and MCA but I have been teaching primary classes, so i hv only teaching experience and thts around 10 years. But i hv not done B. Ed. So if i select NOC code for teaching as its a regulated profession in Canada. It will not match with my qualifications. Will it result in rejection? I mean is it mandatory for the work experience to match the qualifications? Please reply, i am really very confused.

Hello! I and my wife don't want to seek experience letter from our current organisations as it would create unnecessary noise and trouble. 1)Excluding current experience, we both have >3 years of experience 2)We have experience letters for our primary NOC from our past companies Can i safely delete current experience and move it to personal history section, and explain the same in letter of explanation (that current employer is not providing experience letter) ?

Hey guys, I received ITA for my Express Entry profile. Currently, I am in the process of uploading the initial Checklist Documents. I have confusion around Digital Photo specifications. The Help button next to this Document Checklist item provides the below details: Image size: at least 420 x 540 pixels. The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm. On the canada.ca website (www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html#s06) where mandatory documents are mentioned, it has different Digital Photo requirements: 50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of the head (natural top of head) What should be the pixel size of the Digital Photo? And if need be, what should be the mm size of the print? Thank you in advance.

Hello good explanation..thank you.. I have one doubt related to name - I have my education documents with last name given in initials and passport contains the expanded form. Would a "one and same certificate" suffice for justifying this difference in names? I did not legally change my name.. issue with initials in name is pretty common in south India..

I created my express entry profile myself and entered the amount 15000 in the funds section. I got to know from someone that it is mandatory to show 15000 dollars. So now I got the ITA under CEC class and I want to change the amount I entered previously which is way less than the amount 15000. Will there be a problem if I change the amount now ? Or else it’s better to decline the invitation and re apply Please help

Sir, in employment history which comes after we click on continue application , do we have to put every job we worked on? or just need to show that job for which I am getting points and going to show proof? As I have worked with 2-3 companies before 2016 for a small time but since 2016, I've been working with same organization till now, so I need to show only this job in my work history ?

Hello Sir/Mam I have some doubts ...please help After OiNP nomination and after getting ITA Which all documents we need to submit apart from the ones we submitted to OINP 2. Do we need to submit the nomination certificate, which we recieved through mail. And if yes, in which section we need to submit 3. Also same question for schedule 4 form I have seen some people submit schedule 4 form I have doubt for single applicant do we need to submit it and if yes, in which section 4. Apart from the above please do let know any other documents also one need to submit 5. I am currently living in and working in Vancouver on my work permit. Do I need medical exams as I have already done my medical exams when I came to Canada last year December? Details filled under work experience and education section is getting pre populated in personal history section as well in post Ita. Should just leave pre populated data as is and add renaming personal history or delete it as that information is already part of previous sections?

I gone thru your lots of videos which seems to be quite useful. I got almost all the information i need. I really appreciate you for making such informatic videos. I am actually in need of a clarification from you as you mentioned about name change document. My wife had no last name before marriage. So when we were going for our marriage certificate in 2014, so my lawyer actually told us to make a name change certificate first which we did for sure. It is a legal name change notarized document, but it is in Hindi. We never thought of coming to Canada earlier or use of this name change document. Could you please let me know how can i get certified copy of translating this document to English here in Canada. Will it be valid? Do we need any type of News paper cutting for name change? we had giving a name change ads which was required by Indian law but i didn't keep that cutting now. Please suggest.

Hi guys Thank you for your videos. I have a query regarding filling the form. In the address history, if you left your home country address for a one year course abroad and came back to your home address after that, do we need to show multiple entries for current home address or overlapping address will be fine. Eg. 2010 to 2012 - mumbai 2012 to 2013- HK 2013 till present - mumbai (same address) OR Or 2010 till present - mumbai 2012 to 2013 - HK Looking forward to your reply. Thank you!

great video! thanks a lot! I received an ITA today after the draw was announced. Upon checking my application, I see that I've answered 'YES' to the 'intended work in canada' section whereas it should be 'NO' as i started working in Canada after receiving my PGWP. I am qualified under CEC category and will be completing my 3 years work experience in 2 weeks. I don't have positive LMIA from my employer. Will my PR application be refused based on my 'yes' response to the 'intended work in canada' question? Note: I checked my score in the CRS calculator again today and it is not decreasing after answering 'NO'. So the points are the same and I'm not sure if my application will get approval or not. I believe that because I said 'NO' to the positive LMIA question, I never got the points for having an offer letter. so should i refuse the ITA and correct the 'intend to work in canada' answer to NO and wait for ITA again? or should I accept my current ITA and attach LOE for the document when asked?

I have one concern about documents submission with respect to employment history. Is provident fund proof mandatory. Reason is total have around 7 years of experience. But my first company was a start up so no PF amount was given. But salary bank statement is available. Is it sufficient or should I remove the employment history of my 1st company in work experience?

I have received the ECA document checked and approved by WES. I have completed my Masters in Distance Education from Sikkim Manipal University and Bachelors from Mumbai University. WES considered Masters (Distance Edu Sikkim Manipal) to Canadian equivalency as Bachelors degree 4 years and considered Bachelors (Mumbai University) to Canadian equivalency as Bachelors 3 years. Can you please confirm whether this is equivalent to Bachelors or Masters?

If my passport, adhar, driving license, bank are from Gurgaon address then do I need to fill the same in the "hometown address section" while filling the details (express entry or ITA time). 2. I am from Varanasi but since 4 years I have been living in Gurgaon. In this scenario I have only 1 proof which is bank in Varanasi and this was opened at the time of schooling, apart from this no address proof I have. Is there any issue with this?.

Hi guys, We should upload the visa stamp pages of our passport dating back till 10 years post aor. But what if nothing is stamped on the new passport? Is it enough to upload only the bio page of the new passport? I saw and heard some saying that all pages of the passports should be uploaded even though the pages are blank. May I know please know the exact answer? Thank you!

Blank pages are not required as per instructions on IRCC upload page.

Hello Mr Bindra. Thank you for the really helpful video. I had one question about the Legal Name change document. My wife has kept her name and surname unchanged on the passport. Even her ECA, IELTS and even the nomination that we have received from Province have her original name and surname. Only on her bank account statement and on her current employer certificate the surname changes. What will be the acceptable document for change of name in this case?

Hello Guys, I have got my student visa and currently I am taking classes from India. I have worked here in India so I am looking to get a reference letter from my employer but the position at which I was working was not available in the NOC list. but in future if I will apply for PR do I need a letter from my Indian employer with NOC code? Sir i have a mistake in my name on my 10th +2 B.A DEGREE AND IN MY other all documents have a right name so now agents called me to now i just have the affidavit for u r name to the embassy and said that when u r going to be PR so they check u r certificates and if the name don't match they will be reject u r PR so plz help me out what is the solution and can i gave affidavit at that time for my name

I got an ITA and now while entering the family details, I am having a doubt. My sister has her full name written in her first name with no surname, but unlike in case of primary applicant, I cannot keep first name blank and enter complete name under surname field only. What should I do ? How is it ideal to enter the name as both the fields are mandatory.

Hi sir/madam i have been working for same company since last10 years ,but my positions are different they given one experience letter with all positions but in ircc they have separate place records for each positions ,in this case can i upload the same single work experience work letter in all place holders?
