Looking forward to Part 2! Just a few corrections - Shamsa units are 300, Yasmina are 194. Also, not 100% of Shamsa were sold within a few days - a lot less than that.

There should not be a conclusion. A consultant should provide data and facts , The consumer should derive a conclusion that relates to his preference.

That's a very tough question. But , I would choose a townhouse. Though , Address is a great investment.
