Watched all your reviews on the floor mats. Excellent. Commercial vehicle use will speed up whether something is going to hold up or not compared to normal use and your videos showed whats going to hold up. Thanks.

Good video. I have the weather techs for my 2016 superduty between firehouse and cutting lawns . I armor all my mats once a month witch does help when cleaning no dirt and dust comes off very easy they look almost like new. Yes I'm a clean freak l don't like dirt. Thanks DS

I used to be a HUUUUGE Weathertech fan until I tried Husky liners. After many years with WT in different cars and trucks and how hard they are to clean, they remain stained after 1 winter. For our Canadian winters, Husky cleans A LOT better and don't stain like the WT. Never going back to any other brand. I don't need 303 or AA to get them looking nice.

I have been figuring out which mats should I get between husky or weather tech. The mats would have much tear because the vehicle is for personal use, but as peoples reviews were happy with husky and he did recommended and explain why husky is better. As for the pricing, there is much difference between weather tech and husky. Husky was a lot cheaper than weather tech.

Great review. Husky xact contour used to be very soft nice rubber loved the feeling of it back then. I just got a new set this year for my new car and they have gotten a bit towards stiffer side. and the molds they use for the weather beaters and contours are the same now. so its very much alike except the minor material difference

Have husky mats in my jeep and they seemed too tall (thick) and would get in the way of the pedals. Not in a unsafe way but I will constantly adjust them. Have weathtech in my 2020 Tremor and so far I’m pretty happy, time will tell all. On a side note no matter what brand these mats get expensive especially for a crew cab haha. Nice video DS, I liked that they were tested in a real life environment.

WeatherTechs are great for 95% of people. You will most likely never have any issues out of them. The work I was doing is just brutal! There was just a few very small things that husky did a little better. Your weather techs will treat you well for sure!

I noticed you have the extended storage under the backseat. I also have the extended storage but my mats were too big for the back seat. Can you add the link for the smaller mats you ordered?

Not good when your floor is factory vinyl. Weathertech offers a liner for the vinyl floors.

If you used a brush and some dish soap with water I bet the liners would clean up better.

I don’t like the plastic feel of the weathertechs under my feet. Are the husky weather beaters much different? I need something with a softer feel but rigid enough not to bend and slide around with the kids in the back.

Yes. Weathertech HP and Husky X-Act are a more rubbery, soft, and grippier polymer than the regular Weathertech or Husky Weatherbeaters!

contours suck. Always get the weather beaters. IMO I like the hard plastic when cleaned.

Sean, 1:35 Please get those wires and connectors out of the wet conditions. I can see the salt stains on then from Florida. (I'm just trying to save you some grief perhaps in the middle of a storm.)

Those are ip68 sealed. Rubber gasket and everything.

@@DS-TRUCKS True story: I once fixed the power seats on a 3year old Taurus. I traced it to a wire under the left front fender liner. The culprit..... Damn salt ate through a thick wire in a loom. Right through the insulation and all. I wouldn't trust the salt.

Ford mats are pretty good for most people. I wouldn't you them for this application.

They look like the regular. The HP does not have the red and black Weathertech label, and the HP has a more durable lip/edge around the perimeter to avoid folding over
