The ultimate pool series is class and they are doing a great job promoting pool into more of a Spectator sport but I feel matches should be first to something rather than the most frames won against the clock

Depends on the event. This event would be strange to not have the clock in play. And the World Championships would be strange with a match clock.

@@UltimatePool yeah true - I agree with the timer on shots to speed up play. However I definitely feel a race to something is a better reflection of who is the better player. (With the 30 second and 15 second shot clock still active)
