This is what happens when you have a party that believes in a "living Constitution" and attacks "textualist" readings of the law in favor of fluid interpretations. If our laws and rights are "living" and "fluid" and "modernized" that means leftist judges can essentially do whatever they want to whomever they want. We have to have set laws and rights that apply across the board regardless of the partisan biases of the judges and prosecutors to have any real laws and rights at all, but the left has destroyed that entire concept in favor of "the law is whatever we say it is today" type of jurisprudence.

I am glad Senator Cruz said something about the jury. How in the world did 12 people who supposedly come from "all walks of life" agree on all 34 counts? It's like the election results in AZ, GA, PA. Something smells funny. NY has a BIG problem and should be completely boycotted until they fix their justice system. There is no impartial justice in NY.
