Also She Is very Polite, It's Atheist mannerism's when Conversing with a Man Of Faith, And they Explain that they are "Happy" In their Personal Life, Thus Not Needing Any Blessings From above, Also Rebbe Indeed was a kind man and Selfless,

The meaning is something like "may we be written and sealed for a good year", a common saying of good wishes related to the Jewish new year
