Decriminalization practically means either not jailing or early releasing of violent criminals from jails. Soros-sponsored district attorneys (DA's) do what they promised to this globalist lowlife to destroy America from within. Defunding the police practically means less training and less backup forces for the police to effectively do its job in engaging potential suspects. Violent criminals with long rap sheets that should have already been locked up instead of being free to victimize society. By the way, defunding the police also means less funding not only for the police, but also for the EMT/first responders that ultimately resulted in the recent deadly fires in Philly that killed 12 and NYC that killed 19, including many children.
