Child's Play 3 is a 1991 American slasher film and the third installment in the Child's Play film series. The film is written by Don Mancini and directed by Jack Bender. Brad Dourif once again reprised his role as Chucky from the previous films while new cast members include Justin Whalin, Perrey Reeves and Jeremy Sylvers. Although released only nine months after Child's Play 2, the story takes place eight years following the events of that film, and one month before the events of Bride of Chucky (which was made seven years later). It was executive-produced by David Kirschner, who produced the first two Child's Play films.

Chucky was at his funniest and messiest in this one. From his evil as hell facial expressions, to his manic screaming (26:26!!!), his petty cackling at the demise of others, funny movements, and talking shit. I could not stop laughing.

I swear I will forever advocate for this third movie i loved it we got to see Andy grown up and still this damn doll is chasing after him lol it's not the best out of the franchise but it still holds up foe me at least I cant wait to see your reaction to Bride and Seed of Chucky. I also loved the new characters Tyler was adorable and I understood why he would be fooled by chucky he's literally a kid just like Andy was thinking it was okay, De Silva was a final girl of course and I felt bad for Whitehurst his mind literally couldn't take what he saw but he still sacrificed himself for everybody my boy deserved better.

Child's Play 3 was orginally going to be set at Christmas, and the whole line of good guy dolls were going to Chucky. Universal studios wouldn't up the budget for more dolls, so we missed out on what could've been great. I personally think the 3rd movie is the last watchable Chucky movie. The rest became silly comedies.

Oh, this movie felt the most 90's. All them white dude's in crew cuts, the music score sounding like a Lifetime suspense movie, everyone talking all extra. They still trying to sell those creepy ass Chawls dolls. And unfortunately, no Kyle in this one, she done moved on. Won't he seen for about.....30 years or so in this franchise. We just have grown ass mentally unstable Andy
