Who would have thought that the Ice cream they are eating there (wherein they try to buy the cheapest one) would be the brand who will get them as their Ambassador. Hehe :) Thank you Ninang Selecta for trusting our boys :) Humble beginnings for our Mahalima :) Aegyo- since they came from K company it is a thing. But, they hate it that is why Ken chose it as the punishment because they cringe and hate doing it. HAHAHAHA

Everyone says that about Josh in both episodes of the whisper challenge so don’t sweat it, Melanie. 😂 Glad you got around to seeing the og version of the challenge. I love seeing how they’ve changed and how they’ve remained the same. Josh’s slowed aging might be his little reward for all the crap he’s had to go through as a child. If your trip is confirmed , I hope you end up in my neck of the woods (Makati) too.

You are right about ppop being raw and carefree. I love kpop too but they're too restrictive in what their artists can do on and off cam. I can only imagine what they can actually achieve if they're given complete artistic freedom in their music and not be confined in their company's chosen "concept". I'm glad you're enjoying SB19 and I'm jealous you'll get to see them live soon😂

You're right they are so carefree, even now in my opinion they're still carefree they don't care how people see them because they truly know each other. They didn't care about that "idol image" they just do what they want to do. Showbreak is really like just a wholesome video of friends irritating/enjoying each other's energy.

Regarding “aegyo,” Filipinos love seeing children doing ‘pa-cute’ things; but not adults. I remember, I think during one of Josh’s interviews while he was promoting his single “Wild Tonight” early this year he was asked to do an aegyo. He responded by saying that they don’t do that anymore. Enjoyed your reactions.

Yes, Justin is the tallest member, next is Pablo, Stell, Ken, Josh (the last time I check, correct me if I'm wrong hehe) These showbreak episodes are my favorite. On the whisper challenge, they were given 200 pesos as a prize to buy an ice cream (they were choosing the cheapest ice cream they could find to fit their budget) and now they are one of the endorser of the biggest ice cream brand here in the PH🇵🇭 Such a great time to reminisce their humble beginnings 🥹💙 Thank you for loving these boys Mel. You are one of the reactors that has genuine love for them 🫶🏻 Keep doing what you do and don't feel any pressure. If you come here in the Ph you can try turon (thats my personal favorite)

I loved their Showbreak 5 EPISODE 1 Bingo. Shouldn’t miss that episode. And next one is the Sinong Bida EPISODE 2. These are the 2 showbreaks you should watch! They’re too funny!!!!! Well, a lot of their showbreaks and vlogs are funny and unfiltered. You will realize they’re very natural but if I have to choose 2 only - go for these 2 first.

About the ice cream part. They tried to fit in their P100. budget prize from the showbeak for selecta ice creams with an average cost of P20. each. They tried to avoid the expensive ones. But now, they are the endorsers of Selecta ice cream. That's where I got most of their photocards along with every half gallon I bought.They can even buy their neighborhood gallons of ice creams now. Selecta is one of the big ice cream companies here.

4:34 yeah Justin has always been the tallest. And i think Pablo is the second tallest. Ken and Stell are about the same height. In the recent photo/vids we see them in, Ken wears shoes with high soles. So Ken and Justin almost look the same in height but Justin is still taller even then.

FYI they won 100 pesos, which is roughly 3 Aud, in the whisper challenge. They were budgeting it while buying ice cream, and now they're proudly representing SELECTA as brand ambassadors. Cool stuff, right?

Yes Justin is the tallest despite being the youngest but I think Ken grew a few inches since debut based on recent photos. He’s now as tall as Pablo 5’8”. 😉

.thank u for this Mel. My favorite showbreak is the SINONG BIDA part 2 where they dive into acting. It really is 🤣😂. Btw, aegyo is not also a thing here in the Philippines. I just came to know of it when i watched kdrama and it also confuses me why it is considered cute. Hahaha but I get it that we have different views or practices so its okay. 😁💙

For Showbreak, This is my best recommendation. Its their Sinong Bida Episode, (there are 3 episode of that but what i recommend is the Sinong Bida Episode 2! Its hilarious and iconic! But yuo can also watched the all 3 episode thou:) Their Halloween special part 1 and two episode, the one Stell talked about which where they goes to haunted house and they blindfolded,and the their Mission in davao episode 6! But all of the episode is good also! Its all entertaining! These are still my Highly Recommend 💚

There’s a lot of Filo or Asian snacks in Tongli or Asian grocery shops. In Doonside (Blacktown) there’s a Pinoy Stop where you can buy a lot. They also have meals.

just a random thing hehe - the "ng" in words can mean different things depending on their placement. and they are usually placed in words ending in a vowel. so a word like "butoNG pakwan" means watermelon seed but even the "ng" is separated like "buto NG pakwan" or seed of a watermelon, it basically means the same. however, the "ng" changes its purpose if it's a word like "magandang awitin" meaning a beautiful song. see? not that its meaning would change without the "ng" but, adding the "ng" would just be more grammatically correct. hopefully that makes sense haha, sorry i forgot what the term for connecting words like "ng" are called in english. modifiers? idk but you know what i mean 😂

Just to dispell any comments regarding the boys' height, in my opinion it does not matter really if someone is shorter or taller -guess it's really someone's personaI preference. But for me it's how they carry themself or their individual personality vs talent vs physical. Some seem taller/bigger than others because of their built (broad shourlders, muscles, etc.) or they have longer limbs (longer arms/legs etc.). In any case, if you want to look taller you can get lifters on your shoes or just have bigger heels on the shoes to be taller (just like women wear heels). So, I will not define exactly their heights and let you do your own research, but below is their height heirarchy. You'ld be surprised that each individual is just an inch or maybe a few centimeters more than each other. Josh - Ken - Stell - Pablo - Justin

I think their company trust them that much that's why they can do anything in every video, carefree as you say.. they are very responsible in their acts and words eversince❤ aegyo isn't a thing in PH, they cringe everytime they do it.. just a heart sign is enough, but definitely not aegyo esp for men!! Pablo is always intimidating😅atleast to me.. he has this alpha aura even if he doesn't speak.. Josh maybe had a hangover😂after all he has many friends outside SB
