What class would you suggest as first for a new player? I got a FA to 145 but i have difficulties trying to level or clear dungeons

@@sentius96 FS, WA, GL and BL usually don't have problems surviving for a while, but stick to the one that you'd like to develop in the end, the one you enjoy the most! Every class becomes strong later on.

The simple reason is that Mithril, Archridium and Palladium are highest grade - that means you will need highest grade upgrade cores, force cores, option scrolls, and above all, slot extenders for each part. A SEH is around 800kk in EU, whereas a SEHH is something like 15-20b alz, which is already over 20 times more money for 1 item.

I think they are overrated, yes, but not THAT overrated :D In my opinion the ideal ratio is 3% mcr in 1st slot, rest full amp and amp craft too. The 2nd and 3rd slots get 1-1% penalty so you'd end up losing too much damage for two third of the amount of max rate as in 1st slot. But I did see some korean/chinese players who had 7% mcr in gloves, suit, and master's craft gave them another 2% in each, and that way they could reach something like 90% critical rate. That would be pretty OP if you can afford extreme 4+ weapons, bike and full amp in every other part.

Ahoy! I started off as a normal player and kept running dungeons with friends for fun, but not really achieving anything for a long time. Well, it was around 5 years ago, that the Arcane Golem of Rage boss was a daily boss fight "event". Every day it would spawn, it had a scenario somewhat similar to TG/MC nowadays: a nation had to fight to occupy points and the one controlling more bases at the end of the turn got to attack the boss for awesome loot. It was there that I found a Slot Extender Highest solo, and that was enough to buy me an average set (7b alz at that time). When I say average, I mean 2 items that were +15 :D It was still not enough to compare to top players or cashers, but it allowed me to join in dungeons like AoS2. FT2 was still too hard even in party. From then on, it made farming a lot easier, but still I made most of my set farming upgrade cores and the occasional 7amp items that used to be actually worth something at those times (we used to share 7amp 1 slot items in a full party, not extract them like now). So actually that was only enough to get me to start playing seriously. It was around that time that the previous GM of the guild BritishAssassins quitted the game and made me the new GM, I also started the KZfaq channel shortly after, and those things kept me checking back on the game with shorter breaks. That SEHH was basically the only "big drop" I've ever had. Other than that it was just farming event items and having fun with buddies that over time awarded me/us with alz. I intended to invest any donation I receive on PayPal for maintaining this channel into keeping my computer up to date (videos take awful long to create with old hardware), and maybe support the game by buying premium but so far that's still 0, so I can still say I've never spent real money on this game. Also I'd like to add that back in those days, farming upgrade cores really could make up for a good set in less than a year's time, and the game wasn't full of alz seller websites and their bots, so alz really had a great value and 1b was like...money I could barely even dream of. Now you won't buy a starter item for that value. Nowadays it's just chaos/divine stone farming, and the occasional collect&exchange event with selling event items that are my main sources of income. That's the long and short of it. Summary: 1 SEHH, nothing else worth mentioning.

I guess you could say that there had been a huge inflation in the game's economy ever since people started selling alz online and to achieve something great nowadays (especially for beginners like me) requires a fat wallet or a really really strong commitment to the game and a huge huge chunk of your time. Congratulations on getting your character that far! It really shows how awesome Cabal can be even without spending real money on it.

Unfortunately, (at least the EU version) it's no longer a new player friendly game. All the new content, and most of the events that we get are aimed at keeping top tier players and old players in the game, and with the lack of new players, new/medium tier players can't do anything because there's nobody to buy the drops they find in dungeons, etc... So if I were to start nowadays, it would be easy to get to lvl 200 but it would be with 0 gear and I'd probably quit the game because of boredom in a matter of weeks.

You can have 6 characters in your account by default, but there's some cash shop item for a few vouchers that can expand your character slots up to 8. That way you won't need all of them at lvl 200, except if you're going for the ultimate, combined lvl 1600 title. Overlord levels don't count! And yes, it's in the shared titles section so every character of that server has them unlocked.

I played for about 5 years before that. + in the old times it was much easier to farm alz.

Ahoy! Yes, in the options there's... well, an option, to enable "auto attack". That means if you attack something, your character will keep using the skills on your skill bar in sequence as long as you have a living target in range. The default hotkey to toggle it is "shift+a". However, that won't change your target! I did that manually. Among the key bindings there's an entry called "enemy auto target". If you press that key the nearest target will be selected. I changed that to mouse scroll down, so I can just scroll down once every once in a while and it will keep attacking. Pretty useful for when you're browsing the internet on the other side of your screen :)

Ahoy! As far as I know it's 14% from palladium. Probably 15% for demonite but I guess you won't be using that for another 3-4 years :)

In my opinion that may not have been a good decision. Honestly, I think suit/gloves without max rate belong to the trash bin. Unless of course you have 75-80% mcr without them (but that takes a thousand selective untraining kits for your pet).

Ahoy! I started playing actively around 4 years ago, shortly before I created this YT channel. It used to be my past time activity when I had nothing to do after high school on weekdays and so. Playing with buddies, farming dungeons, etc... Back in those days I used to play like 5-6 hours easily :D good times Now, it's mostly just logging in to do the 4 daily elite DX, daily quests, run 5 dungeons with friends/guildmates, and if there's an event farm it. Otherwise I don't have enough time to play much nowadays. Just remember, if you DO decide to "commit to the time sink", don't try to compete with cashers, top players or those who had been playing for years before you. It's still a fun game to spend some time with buddies, but you won't get too far if you don't spend either real money, or a few hours every day for months/years.

Not aiming to be better than others, just gearing the class as high as I can manage until I throw myself out of window before playing further :D

@@1minuteCABALguides One last question, do you enjoy FA more than WI? I am playing BL at the moment, I really like BL altogether but the lack of AoE sometimes makes runs "annoying". Seeing FA has self-heal I guess it can solo stuff easier? At least surviving.

Well, no. I miss my old wizard, and I'd like to switch back to it the moment I find buyers for my FA items. But otherwise FA is fun too. However, that is for you to decide, we probably have different tastes :D As for surviving, BL has much better chances at that - BM2 HP steal is almost twice as fast as it is for FA, and healing often can't make up for that difference. Also, BL's intuition makes you invincible, whereas FA's quick move often lets you down.

I am levelling all classes so I can get my combined level achievement, let's see for which class I will commit... FG so far is also pretty nice, but surviving seems difficult. I've got plans on making a "proof" video explaining why attack power and defense power are pointless. But I don't know when I can finally get to it.

In EU, the normal price of Slot Extender Highest is around 11-12b alz. I bought the orb for something like 13b a while ago. (Server was full of items like this for a while - because the russian server was merged into EU, and there SEHH was a very common account binding event item, so it had almost no value compared to ours).

I usually just join the MC wars (the short ones with gold coins) and skip TGs entirely. Just farm 600 points then help your nation win or relog. Alternatively, join the last 5-10 mins of war to get your desired score before it ends. Those order thingies are a huge waste of money unless you get them for free from events.

I'm not sure, but sometimes we get some 300% or more wexp bonus in a server boost, and then you can farm like 1.2-1.5k wexp per war. I did so on occasions like that, just participating a few every day during boosts and now I've got more than enough wexp for merit. Then again, I haven't used any for honor points since reaching hr 20, and that was a long, long time ago.

Otherwise people would quit it too fast.

If the account you're talking about is more than 3-4 years old, then it won't be possible. Cabal EU had been managed by gamemasters .com, but it was taken over by ESTsoft after a while and they were transferring all data by request of the account's owner to the new server for 2 entire years. But after that probably threw the old server in the garbage. But it still won't hurt to send a ticket to support if that's the case.

No idea, I never paid attention to those useless numbers. But I think maybe it's the HR20 title and the crit rate resistance from it.

I don't do live streams, unfortunately I don't have the hardware and internet connection for that. As for surviving, make sure you're using vampiric earrings and have enough HP steal % from any source that lets you fill your limit even with non-critical hits. BM2 has pretty fast attacks so it can help you leech hp real fast. Use heal when things get out of hand. It's strange though, I had no problems farming ADX without even using HP pots, just auto attacking with full terragrace set.

Ahoy! The necklace and the rings are the only things I farmed myself, and the chaos accessories I upgraded with safeguards. The rest I bought already made, but if by "earned" you mean I farmed the alz myself, then yes, never used real money on the game.

Chaos accessories, passive skills and merit helped me a lot with that. Perhaps you're missing some of those?

Well... that's true, it's really hard nowadays. My only tip is: make use of events! If it's a drop rate bonus, farm ECA for chaos fragments and sell them a few weeks/months later when cores are high in price again. If there's some collect&exchange event, don't open the event items just sell them to other players for easy money! Otherwise, just keep farming and hope for the best :D there isn't really any way around that. Or if you're talking about new players as in under lvl 130, make sure you do your quests, and maybe even make a new character until lvl 100 to do quests and keep the alz reward.

Ahoy! No, not really. I don't like gambling so I don't upgrade.

Use 2 or 3 items low, and safes low. Just upgrade all the items to +7, then try to upgrade and use the safe, probably fail. Just do that untill u farm 4k points and there try with the item u really want to upgrade. But that item if is over +11 start to use enhanced or superior cores. If u r lucky, u can spend 1b or less to upgrade an item

Well based on the budget of a player, 20cd7amp < 40+cd < 40+cd/7rate < 30+cd 7rate 8amp < and the best is full CD craft, 7 rate in slot and 16 amp in slots. But the latter only works effectively if your weapons are at least extreme 3 so you get enough critical damage from extreme and other sources.

Things used to be very different a while ago. When I started playing actively, some 5 years ago, you could farm dungeons and make a living just out of selling upgrade cores. Force cores used to be kinda worthless but everyone bought upgrade cores for 3-4 times more than they do now. And all the materials from extracting items too. Not to mention being able to sell chaos cores for more than 2kk each (but of course back then even clearing the first 3 waves of ECA was a challenge). If I were to start over from 0 now, I'd probably quit before even getting to lv 180.

Ahh I see...I'm trying the copy of muster card method now killing mechbuffalo+ for bluestin extraction and it feels less torturing with less movements but I'm only earning like 4mil per entry while being in ruina for 30mins. It's still going slow for my next 100mil. Been checking other players' eqs and I'm pretty curious how a lot of 'em got most of their components equipped with +15 and above items and they're even 2-3 slotted ones. I guess a lot 'em go for real money options nowadays. Anyway, enjoyed ur videos!

Ahoy! Not, not really. Only made 1 for the combined level title and stopped at low level without gear, so I don't know much about FG.

I am using FG right now, and I can advise to you is focus more on Amp and Crit Rate coz' force gunner has a lot of buff on Critical Dmg.

If you press ctrl+A you can enable auto attack. Then there's an option in the key bindings called "enemy auto targeting". Every time you press that key it selects the nearest target you can attack. That's what I kept pressing during the video, and auto attack continued the attack sequence.

I think there's an IP restriction. You can try but you might get stuck on the login screen. If that's the case a VPN might still help you, but then you'll have to find 1 that isn't popular enough for the hacking protection to know about, because it doesn't like VPNs and proxies.

No, you don't "need to". Nobody is forcing you to do that, and you can do just fine without paying real money for this game. I for one haven't paid a penny and have gotten quite far. Premium helps a lot with your leveling progress, and if you're a farmer of ECA and the likes of it, the drop rate bonus will be your best friend. But otherwise, the GPS war can make you arrive at dungeon entrances faster. So all in all it's pretty useful.

They added a hacking-protection system that won't allow players to start a new run if they finish one too fast. So yep, if you finish AHV in 4 minutes you will have to wait 6 more before you can enter a new run.

I don't have money for it, and it wouldn't make so much difference compared to Arcana of Laws, because I do wars quite often.

I still believe it's a huge waste to fill all slots in gloves and suit with amp. There should be at least 3% mcr, preferably highest grade master's with 6% mcr. But in any case, my set sucks in EU too compared to cashers. But as someone who doesn't have any money to invest into this game, it's not bad.

If you want to catch up with "top players" or those who had been playing for a while before you, it's only possible with insane luck or a fat wallet. But you don't have to pay to have fun.

I'm quite far from top players. Cashers still beat me in every regard except achievements, and perhaps experience, and there are many "normal players" who either farmed harder, longer or were luckier with things and have gotten much further than me :D

I'm not trying to compete against anyone: the purpose of this video was to show people what kind of gear I had when playing and doing the other videos. I'm a free player, and as such if you try to compete against cashers, you won't enjoy the game. So if you want to play a game for fun, don't compete!
