You forgot the fact that flippy only flips out when he gets reminded of his time in the war (sounds like bullets and explosions, seeing blood or weapons, or just being caught incredibly off guard)

I have to agree with #1. Flippy is definitely a character you think to be innocent and friendly at first, which is true- he is when you meet him, but he can turn into a vicious and murder hungry person if you trigger his PTSD. Sure, he won't always succeed in killing others when he is his PTSD triggered alter ego, Fliqpy, but he will try his best to end your life- even if he is injured in the process.

probably shouldn't have included comic book characters, even if Carnage has always earned a special place among villains in my personal favourates list (i.e. Maximum Carnage :3). same goes for Joker. perfect pick for #1 though: i figured Flippy for #1, Rick for #2, and Itchy and Scratchy for #3.

honorable mention: #Warden of Superjail: the warden kills his inmates brutally and without any mercy or sign of empathy on a daily bases with the killermashines that his jail consists of. Or he sends them to his mad german scientist and lets him do whatever he wants

Good choices but nothing tops Rick's, especially drunk Rick's, violence level. He destroyed 4 universes 1) Miniverse 2) Teenyverse 3 + 4) in S3 Toxic Rick builds a machine that's powered by two microverses. At the end credits we see that both microverses seem burned out, meaning regular Rick most likely burned them out (effectively destroying them) to revert the effects of the machine Also he participated in the freaking Purch and Sawed the Vintegators

I would have left Carnage and the Joker off of this lists since they are primarily comic book characters... Leaving room to explore such violent shows as Superjail, Mr. Pickles, Metalocalypse and even Family Guy (the chicken fights alone bring forth some amazing carnage... lol)
