Inuyasha was my first anime, Naraku was a great antagonist and just when you thought he was done, he just took another form. When Inuyasha finally got him with the Meido Zangetsuha, I was happy they finally got him but sad that this anime was over.

Honorable mentions: - Rimuru Tempest (That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime): The guy became borderline immortal once becoming a Demon Lord. But even before that as a Slime he could grow back severed body parts. - All 7 members of Franchouchou from Zombie Land Saga: I that series because they are zombies, they cant be killed. They can put the severed body parts right back (even their head), Sakura was shot on the head by a police officer, while Saki survived a freakin EXPLOSION... and they still were relatively fine. - Acnologia (Fairy Tail): It is very difficult to kill a guy who is immune to Magic and at the same time is a Dragon (more specifically, a Dragon Slayer who turned into a Dragon).

Team Rocket: *gets blasted off from a hundred Pokemon using Hyper Beam and gets sent to outer space with no spacesuits while getting attacked by a Rayquaza before being sent to another dimension with tons of sharp deadly needles* Team Rocket in the next episode: *comes back home while spying on Ash and Pikachu while not having broken bones nor wearing body casts*

They also left out Subaru from Re:Zero. While he dies multiple times (in the first season, at least), he pulls an Edge of Tomorrow trick (yeah, I went there) and re-spawns somewhere else.

Funny thing about Ban is that he switches his way of being hard to kill near the end of the series. Due to... plot shenanigans, he goes from immortal with decent durability, to no longer immortal, but so much more ridiculously durable that the loss of immortality basically doesn't even matter. At the same time though, I was kinda expecting to see Black Rock Shooter on this list. At least the OVA and 2012 anime version. The OVA one took a stab from a huge-ass sword straight through the chest and then came back to like no worse for wear, while the anime one _rather infamously_ takes enough punishment to kill a normal person twelve times over nearly every fight she's in and still keeps on trucking. She even survived getting seemingly disintegrated by a giant rainbow laser.

important thing to point out many overlook usually when looking at that instance 19:05 future zen-oh destroyed the ENTIRE multiverse in that timeline when he deleted zamasu from existence there

Griffith deserves a high place on this top. That son of a b*tch doesn’t get damage from swords like the dragon slayer and was able to survive an attack capable of cutting through dimensions. To be fair that last one could probably kill him or at least cause him a serious damage but that doesn’t matter if he is able to warp the space around him to avoid it.

There's a reason Hidan and Kakuzu are referred to as the Zombie Duo of the Akatsuki. Hidan is basically immortal and Kakuzu has 5 hearts that allow him to heal rapidly. Another Naruto character that was difficult to kill was Orochimaru, though in his case he kind of cheated by changing bodies every few years. Surprised Maple from BOFURI wasn't on here. Even though she was just an MMORPG character her maxed out defense stat basically made her impenetrable without the involvement of the game developers adjusting the mechanics so she doesn't break the game.

@@alonzosmith8723 Madara would be on the same level as Kakuzu. But in the end, Black Zetsu was able to kill him, albeit for a dumb plot reason.

Hatsuna Wakabayashi from Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) is an immortal witch. No matter how many times she get killed; She will always get revived. She have the ability to heal people who die even though this cause her to die herself but she can revived herself afterward. The only way for her to permanently die if the harness in her back get ejected or without taking any pills know as "Death Surpresses". Hatsuna is one of my favorite "Hardest to Kill" Anime Waifus. 👰

I personally think Kaguya is much harder to kill than Hidan, because she gained immortality by eating the Chakra Fruit making her impossible to kill.

Along with these 20 I would also say Aya (Undead Girl Murder Farce), Miria & Isaac (Baccano!), Chris (High Card), Azusa (I've Been Killing Slimes For 300 Years), Meliodas (7 Deadly Sins), Zombieman (One Punch Man), Celty (Durarara), & Joseph (The Ancient Magus' Bride)

Considering number 1 heck I love that Joseph beating him was due to sheer dumb luck was mentioned, because Joseph actually admitted to himself that it was luck that allowed him to beat Kars he just let Kars think he outsmarted him and had everything planned out just to troll the "Ultimate Being" and piss him off just for the heck of it.

Even then, Kars is still alive even in space. Just like Hidan, Kars was immobilized and drifting off, probably having landed on another planet and conquering that until he comes after Earth.

@@Zerethos Actually Kars is now brain-dead as the narrator reveals that Kars' repeated attempts to get back to Earth via his air jets resulted in the icy coldness of space entering his body and freezing him solid resulting in him being frozen solid while still alive resulting in him drifting through space for all eternity, mentally screaming and mentally begging for death until he eventually went brain dead or as the narrator stated "until Kars stopped thinking and everything was replaced by darkness and silence."

You missed a host of nigh indestructible characters - Gemma from Ninja Scroll (has complete regeneration so in spite of being in a watery tomb covered in gold, he will simply regenerate and experience drowning over and over again), Aptom from the 2005 reboot of Guyver (is pretty much vaporized and regenerates from a few remaining cells), Sho Fukimachi, also from Guyver (is reduced to virtually nothing at least twice in the series, only to come back - stronger in the latter case.) I know I should be able to name more, but there's what I can think of from the top of my head.

Zamasu was literally immortal and was erased from existence, so he wasn't technically killed, nor can he be. How about Kid Buu instead? Not only would it take a near universal level amount of power to damage him at all, you need to completely obliterate every last trace of him down to the smallest molecule so there's nothing left.

personally i feel zamasu's immortality is greater than that of kars, given even when his physical body was destroyed he still did not die, he simply began merging with the very cosmos itself, threatening all of space and time in the process

Why is monoko the massacerer not on this list she survived getting hit by a train stayed alive in a shark for 2 days cut open a demons head whilst inside of it like it was nothing and plus if you do manage to kill her she comes back the next day fine not to mention she always carry knives and bombs with her Jane spreads bad luck to those in the circus which is another issue you would have to find the circus that's not even on earth.just to add onto the hardness she is extremely durable slim and can fit through tight spaces plus she has anger issues so if you even tried she would never forgive you and would hunt you down only to revive you the next day and torture you all over again so your not beating her anytime soon
