One area in my area have knew homes coming up by the day. I drive pass one day and the next day, there is at least 2 homes up. I hope it all is taken care of.

So sorry to hear of your problems with the build. There seems to be little integrity with contractors and tradesmen these days.

Hi I recently bought a KB home in St. John’s, Florida it’s been a month and already having problems. My dryer got moisture inside, GE technician said the vent is clogged up. The vent goes in to the roof but the lady from kb home checked and said vent is not clogged. Now my AC vents are dripping. Since you faced the problem already would you please let me know what you did to get it fixed? Thanks a lot

Oh no. Sorry mama to hear about the line and the struggles with the internet trying to get it and you’d think the builder would have it readily assessable. That’s one thing nice to put in those claims now while you have the warranty.

Wow. Can you make the internet company pay for your water damage. When something goes wrong in a new build tell them you want them to redo the problem. You spent a lot for a house and they have to make it right. Believe me I know. Patching doesn’t work hugs

Luckily the builders of the home are fixing it at no cost to us (except time and being annoyed) - since they were the ones to cause the issue. I’m hoping this is the last of problems that arise!

YOU do not have the time to make videos like this one. Trust me there are hundreds and hundreds of "KB New Home Videos" that people can watch, they dont need yours BUT your KIDS do need their Mom 24/7. THAT is your #1 and #2 job....

I'm just amazed that people keep buying KB houses. Don't you read REVIEWS? I appraised hundreds of KB houses from 1999-2006 and EVER one of them was garbage! There are millions and millions of comments telling folks to NEVER consider a KB but folks keep buying the. Sorry but thats on YOU. Good luck with that shower because you will have wood rot and likely termites because of all the dampness INSIDE your walls. That "fix" was also a garbage fix. They should have ripped the entire shower out and replaced it.
