बांध से बर्बादी 1. नदीप्रवाह पर बांध से एक जलाशय बनाया जाता है. 2. इस जलाशय का पानी कारखानों और खेती के लिए प्रवाहित किया जाता है जिसके लिए बांध का निर्माण होता है. यह लाभधारी लॉबी होती है. इनका पानी की जरूरत सबसे प्रथम होती है. 3. नदी पानी के साथ बारीक़ रेत और मिट्टी भी ले आती है. जो रुके हुये पानी से अलग होकर निचे जलाशय की तल पर बैठते रहती है. बाढ़ के पानी मे इसका प्रमाण बहोत ज्यादा होता है. 4. जैसे जैसे जलाशय का तल इस मिट्टी से ऊपर उठता है वैसे वैसे पानी संचय की क्षमता कम कम हो जाती है. 5. बांध के नीचले बाजु नदी को जिन्दा रखनेके लिए पानी छोड़ना पडता है. यह प्रवाह पहले के प्रवाह से कम होता है. 6. कम प्रवाह मतलब कम गति. कम गति का मतलब पानी मे रेत मिट्टी अलग होकर नदी के तल पर बैठना. अरमान साफ हो तो भी भौतिकशास्त्र नहीं बदलता. तल ऊपर उठानेसे नदी की प्रवाह क्षमता कम कम होते रहती है. 7. शुरुवाती सालो मे सब चंगासी. जैसे जैसे जलाशय की संचय क्षमता कम कम होती है पानी को निचे बाजु छोड़ना कम कम किया जाता है. 8. इन सालो जल लाभार्थी और उनकी पानी की जरुरत बढ़ जाती है. वह लोग ताकतवर माफिया बन गये होते है. उनका पानी कम नहीं कर नहीं सकते. 9. वक्त आही जाता है जब जलाशय की संचय क्षमता कम होकर निकास लाभार्थी तक सिमित होती है. तब निचे पानी को छोड़ना बंद हो जाता है. अब बांध के निचे की नदी * मार * दी गयी है. 10. बारिश के दिनों मे आजूबाजू का पानी और गाँव शहर कारखाने से निकलने वाला मल और गन्दगी से नदी तल गिला रहता है कभी प्रवाहित भी होता है. लोग और जानवर नदी का पानी समझकर पीते भी है. बांध के पहले सब हरभरा ठीक था लेकिन अब बारिश के बाद यहां सूखा होता है. 11. बात ख़तम नहीं हुयी है. बांध के निचे मे नदी का तल ऊपर उठा है. पानी नहीं तो नदी प्रवाह क्षेत्र मे और तल भराव करके खेती, रास्ते या और कुछ निर्माण होते रहता है. सब मिलजूलाकार नदी प्रवाह क्षेत्र कम हो जाता है. 12. निर्मित जलाशय मे जब बाढ़ का पानी आता है तब उसका संचय करनेकी उसकी क्षमता नहीं बचे रहती तब वह पानी निचे के बाजु छोड़ दिया जाता है. और निचे बाजु भी प्रवाह निकास की क्षमता नहीं रहती तो भयानक बाढ़ आ जाती है. जहा बांध के पहले बाढ़ नहीं पहुंचती थी वहा भी बाढ़ पहुंच जाती है. 13. पूरी बर्बादी. जब जलाशय की क्षमता इतनी भी नहीं रहती जो सालभर माफिया को पानी दे सके तब उनके कारखाने बंद हो जाते है जिनके लिए बांध बनाया गया था. 14. बाकी रहता है सूखा और बाढ़. उनसे होनेवाला हरसाल नुकसान. उससे भी बुरा सरकार के ऊपर का कर्जा.
