To the people saying, "That's not water, It's koolaid" Actually, It's still water. You're just adding flavor to the water. But, if you add flavor, it could motivate you to drink more water since it doesn't taste like boring old water, sometimes the flavors have electrolytes, and carbs in them. Which actually makes them better for you. But still, if you prefer regular water, that's fine too.

PSA!🛑 The “Watertok” trend is not a new thing. I was told growing up that you’re still getting “water” in so what’s the big deal and at least I’m drinking anything at all. No. It’s still juice. I’m now a pre diabetic struggling with (Acanthosis nigricans) because my body struggled to process all that sugar. SO DRINK REGULAR WATER. AND STOP CALLING IT “water”.

that's right but it has artificial sweeteners and also for it to achieve that colour there has to some sort of artificial colouring, so its definitely not healthy so ur right but he shouldn'tbe drinking that

Honestly sugar free is unhealthier than sugar because it uses artificial sweeteners, which is probably worse than normal sugar. They probably use artificial flavoring too, so you probably shouldn’t be commenting that it’s not unhealthy because you could get cancer with all that artificial coloring. Also most people just drink normal water because they don’t need artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, and chemicals to drink their water.

That’s like saying soft drinks like Coke Zero/Pepsi max are healthy because it’s zero sugar and zero calories. But we know for a fact it is not healthy because of the added sweeteners and stuff. My issue with this video is the comments saying it’s just water, because that is NOT water anymore.
