Thank youuuuu! I had ever intention of being made up daily but it did not go as planned 😭 I brought makeup and everything…which I haven’t don’t in YEARS! 😝 So the guy I saw is actually a Board Certified Physician’s Assistant (PA) 😆 I thought it could have been fractured because I’ve actually fractured my foot before, and since this happened after I played kickball with my students, I was like Oh Lord not again 😂 No, I didn’t get the shot - I took a pack. My podiatrist tried to give me a steroid shot in my heel years ago and I said no sir…TWICE! I wasn’t feeling it 😂 Thank you!!! I’m trying to do better!!!!!

Ok…I’ll give it a shot! I’m still going to take the meds he gave me for inflammation because after weeks of this…I’m over it. But I am going to see what tea is good for inflammation. I gotta throw everything at it since there is no cure. I just have to nurse it back to heath
