Bag Filter ke pehle 30-40 Micron Y - Strainer/Screen filter lagado , uska drain valve kholke 5 second main clean hojayega once every week ... aur bag filter 6-8 months tak clean nahi karna padega

Yes you can. But the problem is your tank get lot of mud also tank outlet hasn't enough power that means you may face slow water on taps and shower. So it is better to put before tank.but if you use pressure pump for outlet tank water then it will be good
