My husband drinks multiple sparkling waters a day because he use to drink a lot of soda and replaced it for Bubbly’s. But what is a “good for you” and healthy flavored sparkling water instead?? Spindrift is good quality water with REAL FRUIT and it tastes so amazing. I also have a sodastream I carbonate my water that I filter at home, then I add whatever fruit juice in want to it.

I think Spindrift is the healthiest carbonated water. Each can is composed of carbonated water and the juice of whatever the flavor is (lemon juice for lemonade etc)

I drink Brita filtered water from my refrigerator into a 20 oz. glass and then pour the equivalent of about 2 tablespoons of Santa Cruz organic pure lemon juice (100% juice) that comes in a 16 oz. glass bottle (and keep it refrigerated). At first, it tasted pretty tart, but now it quenches my thirst and gives a little flavor. I don’t add ANY sweetener whatsoever.

Soda maker here, essence is typically made of a distilled flavor (think essential oils), mixed into 10+ times it's quantity of alcohol, often with a bit if a preservative. When companies add truly egregious additives, it may not be visible on the label, but they do show up in chemical analysis, and if it's shown that there's ingredients known to do harm, that's when class action lawsuits happen. Fun fact: a 'natural flavor' used in almost every can of carbonated drink you enjoy: baking soda

Just drink water ...I like Alkaline , but there is also sparkling options like San Pelegríno , Perrier , other sparking waters NOT flavored sodas .

Sodastream with filtered water add fresh lemon, organic berries, etc to flavor. Personal favorite is a splash of pineapple juice or kambucha.

Our country is so disgusting the way it lacks care for anyone! They make it so hard, and so expensive to feed our bodies properly. It’s so sad, and they target our poor communities; and our most vulnerable children living in them. I’m certainly not poor, by any stretch, but it would be difficult for our family to ditch everything harmful, and buy just natural, organic. I especially struggle with things we go through so fast, bread, milk, cereal. I’m talking, 5 loaves a week, 4-5 gallons of milk a week.. I can’t even tell you how much cereal. I couldn’t afford to drop that much money on bread a week. Especially, at $4-5 a loaf for one Bobby approved loaf. We would be broke in no time. It’s just so sad! And, I really try to feed my family the best. Some, things I still can’t avoid, simply because we can’t afford to! It makes me sick.
