I'm always afraid that these studies are boring. I try to make videos with a stronger project and an idea behind, this was just a fast study!

I love your work - very inspiring - All those soft layered washes are so delicate and lovely. Your approach is so different than mine - I've been watercolor painting 20 years but I still learn from videos like this!

I like the way you paint - I have only just 'discovered' expressive portraits and am a little puzzled as to what the rules are (maybe no rules?) and it necessary for paint to be drab and greyish - could expressive be done with bright colours also? Thanks for video which I enjoyed, I shall continue my research!
