Hi everyone! Today I made a sunset watercolor painting challenge day.
In this video I will show you how to paint an easy sunset forest tree landscape using watercolor. I hope you guys enjoy this sunset landscape painting.
Below is the list of materials I used:
Watercolor paper I use is from Winsor & Newton 140 lb cold pressed: amzn.to/2OEOB8u√
Masking Tapes: amzn.to/32Fes8v, amzn.to/3fPRCPo, amzn.to/30zYauV
Dynasty round brush sizes 8 and 12
Craftamo brush set I used: www.craftamo.com/products/bam...
My watercolors are from Sennelier, I used: Yellow Deep, Red Orange, Titanium White, Rose Madder Lake, Blue Violet
Lamp black from Holbein

Just a question, Does it matter what tape u use to hold the paper down? A lot of watercolour artists say washi tape is the best but I’m not too sure, what are your thoughts?

You can use scotch tape

Actually, the best tape would be a masking tape, that of high quality. Masking tape has to be pressed down hard and then pulled outwards gently and you’ll get a border. Buy a good masking tape, not a flimsy one. Don’t use regular tape as it’ll simply come off.

Paingers tape. The blue or the green. Washi tape comes off or has runs.

Bonjour Ahmad. Tu me donnes envie de réessayer la peinture. Jaime beaucoup tes paysages, permettrais nous de nous y inspirer ? ? Moi je dessine mais toujours en esquisse au crayon gris... jai jamais pu gérer les couleurs.... La précision des couleurs au long de l'avancement permet facilement trouver les bonnes. Ainsi que le choix de tes pinceaux. Merci Romain
