This is great Martin. I see the major difference between my work and yours is I don’t go direct to ink, but do my sketch in pencil to work out any possible issues in alignment. Takes longer yes, as I have much erasing before ink. And, most certainly any devoted artist talks to themselves as they work, lol! Thanks for another opportunity to see your work:-)

I like the shadows drawn with the inkbrush so much. It creates such a natural drawn shadow. What is the reason you painted that part later on a little darker? For more contrast? Love your work and vids and be a little part on your journey.

Also I have ordered some escuda travel brushes, should I also try the water filled plastic brushes you used in this video in the start of the shadow creation after the inking? Ich muss jetzt auch mal versuchen, graue Schatten mit dem brush pen zu malen. Darf ich fragen wie du das Grau hinbekommst, das ja sicher auch wasserfest ist? Kann man wasserfestes schwarz verdünnen?

What brands of pen and sizes are you using I think I see two different sorts and is there a technique for getting a thin line with a fude pen, I have a sailor fude pen then just does a think line and scratchy everything else. Thank you!!!!
