24:55 Not sure if anyone told you in the chat or afterwards, "long time / first time" is a reference to talk radio. Many talk radio programs had segments where listeners could call in with comments or questions. Long time / first time is a reference to the very common phrase uttered by callers, "I'm a long time listener, first time caller" before going on with their comment.

As someone who would like to get into mech keyboard building is there any PCB, or starting tools needed to practice soldering? What tools would be good to start with?

There are a lot of tutorials on taekeyboards, but he recommends the Hakko soldering iron. I found it really easy to solder and with no practice before my joints were pretty good. This might differ for you because my dad has been soldering for 20 years and he showed me what to do, but it was easy nonetheless.

I recently got a tofu 65 kit and have no idea what switches or lube to use, looking at any silent switches. Any recommendations?

its about what u prefer. I like cherry silents, some dont. Lube just go krytox 205g0. Nothign wrong about that

If you want silent switches, gateron silent inks or alpacas are popular choices. Zilents and mx zilents are also popular but more expensive.

I love the animal crossing switch, but I already have one so buying another one isn't worth it for just the colors. And I also just spent a ton of money on a keyboard and a switch on top of that would be too much.
