This was a very helpful video for the basics. You would be surprised at how many people need help with measuring. Sometimes it is just the little things that make a big difference. All these years later, your video is still relevant. Good job!

Thank you! I have been looking for a video that explained how to cut the basic card base. I feel like a dork but, no one explains what size card to use when they are making their cards.

Great video However I was able to get packages of neenah solar white paper one 80 lb one 110 lb . Problem being is the paper came 8 1/2"x 14" long, I need to figure out how to cut it with the least waste. Wondering if some how I could get two card bases and one layering piece out of each sheet. Any suggestions?

@waterfilterlove10 жыл бұрын
Hey Vanessa, I explain a lot about how to read the markings on the trimmer in the video, so I don't know exactly what kind of help you need. What are you having trouble understanding and what are you trying to accomplish? Maybe I can help with just an answer. :)

Does it works for self-adhesive sheets? Thank you for your video!
@waterfilterlove9 жыл бұрын
Yes, it will cut through most thin materials, including self-adhesive sheets. They also have titanium replacement blades now that stay sharp through even more tough materials. :)

Is there a way to cut inside corners with this machine? See: www.flickr.com/photos/lindielee/15228083216/
@waterfilterlove9 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can choose when to apply pressure to the cutting mechanism and can create windows. It's not a precise as using an X-acto knife and ruler, but it works well for quick windows. :)

One fourth? One quarter.
@jaytee26425 ай бұрын
Same thing. Where did you learn that "one fourth" is incorrect?
@jamesoldman30216 жыл бұрын
Too bad it was not done using metric measurements and A4 paper, so much easier to work with.
@jaytee26425 ай бұрын
Too bad some people don't appreciate the efforts of others, even if they didn't explain it exactly the way you wanted.🙄 Not everyone uses metric. She sounds American. We measure in inches, feet and yards.
