Thanks for stopping by the channel. I like to vary up what I eat when I go camping since I go camping a lot. And I have several dietary restrictions and can’t do high fat with anything so unfortunately hotdogs and raviolis are out for me so I have to come up with healthier options. I always try to incorporate a lot of vegetables in a lot of different ways. But that’s the beauty of camping food you can make it however you want it to have a great time out there.

Sometimes I hike and camp solo and other times I go with other people. On this trip I was not solo. But I honestly don't need a male for security. I can and do take care of myself out there when I travel, go hiking, or on camping or backpacking trips. Us girls are strong and are very capable. We don't need another person to enjoy time in the outdoors. Solo adventures rock! ~RVA~

You have to call the 1800 number on the state park website. If you can the state park they will give you that number or it is located in the camping section of the website. Most of the primitive spots are walk in. Meaning you can just honor pay at the box, but you run the risk of them all being taken if you don't call ahead. Hole that helps.
