How to make and can watermelon jelly.
3 cups watermelon juice
5 1/4 cups sugar
4 1/2 TBSP real lemon juice(bottled)
9 TBSP pectin (sure-jel)
6 half pint canning jars
6 cups watermelon jelly
3/4 cup lemon juice (bottled)
3 boxes pectin (sure-jel)
6 3/4 cups sugar

The written recipe says 5 ¼ cups sugar, however, you kept on saying "six and three quarter cups sugar". Please clarify as I am confused. Thank you. Just found your channel and new subscriber.

I wrote the recipe for 3 cups of watermelon juice which is what that is for but also wrote it for using 6 cups of watermelon juice which takes the 6 3/4 cups of sugar. In the video I did the 6 cups of juice. Both are written in the description. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

Yes. If you want it to gel correctly. I am sure there probably is a low sugar recipe but I don’t have it. It really doesn’t taste too sweet. Thanks for watching.
