STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Bake in oven preheated to 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 mins. (Depends on your oven)
3 Cups Cake Flour
3 Sticks of UNsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
3 Cups Sugar
5 Lg Eggs (Room Temperature)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 C Milk (Room Temperature)
8 Oz. or more of Miniature Chocolate Chips
1/2 Tsp Creme Bouquet
1 small bottle LorAnn (.125 oz) Watermelon Oil
Red Gel Food Color

Powdered Sugar
Cream Cheese
Creme Bouquet
Milk
Green Gel Food Color

I’ve become known as “The Pound Cake man” because I bring your cakes to all festivities and parties. So far I’ve done 2 lemon cakes, a strawberry cake, and 2 chocolate fudge pound cake. They’ve all been successful but the chocolate fudge pound cake has been the most successful! Next, I want to try the peach cobbler pound cake!

Hey Donna, I love "how you do the most" but the best way to keep those chips from sticking in the pan is to set aside just a little of your 3 cups of cake flour so you can stir the chocolate chips in to coat them that way they don't sink to the bottom and stick to the pan

Mrs Donna that was an interesting cake! I agree with you that the watermelon jello helped bring out the watermelon flavor. I might add that to a cake like lemon,strawberry to bring out the flavor. That watermelon would also be a great cupcake for kids.
