I dont even know how ive got drawn into these vids but they are very entertaining. Having gym lessons at school where there was all sorts of fancy equipment that we were never actually allowed to go on, this looks like you lot just mess about in the gym when the teacher has left the room and are making a career out of it 😜 I know you are all very talented really

I think that Ashley’s continued workouts in the gym for himself and with Joanna has improved his all round gymnastic skill in the past 3-5 years that I have been following you all.. Nile you are busy running numerous businesses and although you remain fit, you are not quite the beast of all things that Ashley is. It was still a great video to watch as you inspire others as they watch you basically ‘cold’ attempt to try these skills. A super content video that you all continue to excel at! Awesome job to you both and the young women who set your tasks!

It might be fun to try a variation where not everyone is in the room to see the original series. Person 1 does the series, person 2 watches. Person 3 comes into the room, watches person 2 do the series, but didn’t see person 1. Person 4 comes into the room, watches person 3 do the series. Person 4 does the series. Then person 1 does the original, and you can see how far you’ve deviated from the original.
