This was funny. The idea of hitting your braces are less fun. Ash, check at your pharmacy or with your orthodontist for dental silicone that protects the braces and the inside of your mouth. I am sure technology has improved, since the dawn of the millennium. The type I used was in a tube perhaps even a staff, I could snap pieces of and heat it up with my fingers and form it around the sharp edges. The product was malleable and prevented me from getting a lot of cuts inside my mouth.
