Bro this is unreal - I competed in men’s gymnastics at a decent level and can do the forward & backward flipping like this … but it’s those multiple off-axis twists that are exceptionally impressive. Especially how he does multiple of them in combination, landing on 1 foot in between. Amazing athleticism and air sense. Not many mortals can do those kinds of moves

I was a good level 10 gymnast, but those off axis rotations are just next level. And probably the most impressive thing to me is the height you get off the sand at the beach, in a few inches of water. Had I not seen it, I wouldn’t of thought it was possible.

The trick is to work on your core cuz with a very strong core you can do high speed circular attacks without ripping apart the muscles in your midsection

Not impossible. All the jumps have been done before. But he sure is amazing because not many are born with these genetics to do these combinations. No matter how hard you train. He torso to limbs ratio is perfect
