I’ve carried a Wave daily for many years. It saved my life during a horrible wildfire, and I never leave home without it.

Here's the *real question.* *When* are you guys gonna give us *color options* for the Wave & Surge?? We've been asking for that for years, and it's a really simple give! I'd gladly pay a little extra for a Coyote/BO Wave & Surge, or better yet.. *FDE/OD Wave & Surge!!* Would also love to see upgraded steel *options* for both those two tools! Keep the 420 as the basic starting out steel, but give people the *option* to pay a extra for a more premium steel. If you're worried about the Arc, it doesn't even have to be Magnacut! Something like 20cv would be great! Something to think about.

I own oven 40 Leatherman MTs. The Surge is the best. It's time to do and update/upgrade to the Surge like a Magnacut main blade and improve the scissors cutting geometry and pivot tightness.

I modified my super tool 300 A bit Love the larger platform multi tools. Always feel like I can fully rely on them and they feel indestructible. Hard use, dependable. Great stuff 😁

I been EDCing a Surge since they were released. I even had my broken Surge replaced by Leatherman for the newer version a few years ago. I never know I'm carrying it. It's come in to save the day on numerous occasions.

I love so many of the Leatherman Tools, my latest edition is the Arc. Its a nice multitool but I like the Wave, Curl or Bond.

couple suggestions/wishes: 1. make bigger Arc (what Surge is to Wave/Charge), with one or two T-shanks, better/bigger scissor 1.1 make Arc with cheaper steel (154CM/S30V) 2. scissors design can be different (look at Nextool Flagship Pro) 3. remake Skeletool with more instruments (T-shank or diamond file (I know about SX)), scissors maybe. Skeletool platform is fantastic! 4. remake Signal with Free tech, add T-shank, scissors 5. remake Crunch with Free tech 6. make new design, what was in your patent (Maxlvledc talked about it), outside accessible tools but without magnets 7. make new product lines, for example compact measuring tape (doubling as headlamp), belts for carrying stuff (look at tactical belts) 8. start entering electric, maybe add small LED flashlight in multitools 9. remake Tread idea, but as a carrying platform (like tactical belts), with standard interface to usual watches. And create ecosystem of add-ons. I would love to place there a small flaslight, key and chip for my door, maybe whistle 10. create new lines for travellers, for example multifunctional scales for luggage (with measuring tape, hook/carabiner hanger in dirty restrooms) 11. new lines for bugout, preparedness, for example emergency loud whistles, foldable interchangeable saw, multifunctional axe, shovel

Wave+ is perfect for EDC. I use mine every day for something.

I would love the surge scissors on the Wave and maybe the Tshank adapter too but the ARC has taken my waves place lately

In my country I had to buy the Wavve+ 2H. We're not allowed to carry one hand operation knives. So if you'd release all bladed on all the Leatherman's in a 2H option, I'd buy them all.

The Surge needs the option of the eyeglass screwdriver in place of the awl. And a wood saw in place of the serrated knife

I’m in the mechanical engineering industry, and I find the surge is far more tailored to my needs. Glad I came home with it over the wave, which just looked far too petite

I only carry one of my surge or one of my daicamping dl30 (surge copy). Thats the only tool i need on the perfect size!

I have a surge with bits and extender in my emergency backback (greetings from Ukraine...) and a free p2 in my pocket.

Skeletool EDC and Surge when you have to call in the big gun.

I'm using a Wave. Why? Legal in Germany. And it's not as heavy as the Surge. I don't have to do heavy duty stuff. A friend of me has a surge and does heavy duty with the pliers...so he's happy with that. What's better? Purpose decides.

Yeah, Right, which Leatherman tool is right for Me?: "ALL Leatherman tools Are RIGHT for Me!" I only have the Leatherman Watch, and Leatherman Rebar Multi-tool, Only Leatherman tools can Make My Day and 25 years to be Happy through Gifting Me with the Whole Leatherman Multi Tools, Kits, Shears, Watches, Micra's, Sheaths, etc.!

I respect both tools but this was not a vs vid😅
