This reverb (I should really say seven reverbs) brings a lot of creative options. I found myself going back to a number of finished mixes to see what I could do. Don't think old school guitars only for this one. Sure it does that (really well) but try it out on sources you wouldn't normally think of "spring reverb" as a go to... Cheers! Todd

This is great sounding tones! Waves suck with their update plans but this is a hit!

I was really impressed with the variety and quality of tones from this reverb. Updates, upgrades, computers, software all adds up...the Izotope yearly update to RX and Ozone hurts me, but I use them and there always seem to be compelling feature or quality improvements, so I keep upgrading...

What's the Waves protection? Ilok?

Waves uses there own protection system managed by Waves Central when you install plugins. Ilok is no longer used.
