This is half true. Waxahachie is growing but it has nothing to do with people wanting their kids in "Dallas controlled schools" because Cedar Hill has its own independent school district. It's not controlled by Dallas. Cedar Hill hasn't won a game this year. It's not political they're just not as good as they've been in the past this year.
